Communication and multiculturalism in manufacturing companies: the case of Rockwell Collins-EEMSA in Mexico and Genesem Inc. in South Korea

Abstract
In a world in which technology changes immediately, in which companies currently are not only installed in a city or country, but are also globalizing and moving to different countries in the world, which leads to an environment in which multiculturalism exists within them, a question may arise about How is communication within these organizations? How are relations between employees and colleagues of other nationalities? Therefore, a study was carried out based on a visual methodological analysis in which, in addition to being able to make an observation, various research techniques could be carried out in order to obtain data on the subject. Obtaining as a result that there are opportunities for improvement within organizations.
