Labor well-being, sense of role and execution of the strategy

Abstract
This paper analyzes the relationship between effective execution of the business strategy —dependent variable— and the psychological well-being, the cognitive well-being and the related to work role sense —as independent variables.
The paper presents an analysis about the theoretical and conceptual framework about effective execution of the business strategy as well as the results of a field study among 638 Mexican executives, identifying the correlation between variables. Additionally, in order to explain the influence of the independent variables over the strategy execution, a linear regression analysis was developed.
